Karen and Ed started in 2022. Karen works with Sofas for Service, our primary donations partner. Their favorite things about their work is that "The Crew and every place is a new adventure"! The funniest moment working with Caring Transitions was "Trying to figure out what happened at the house with the bullet hole in the wall. Love a good mystery." They work setups/cleanouts/moves and sales.
Jeff and Jan started in 2019. One of their most hearfelt moments was: "...When the owner stopped by we started chatting and actually built up a good rapport. He was understandably nervous about this transition in his life. I tried to reassure him and I think I made him feel better about the process." They work setups and sales and can often be seen at sales.
Mona and Lee started in 2022. What they like about CT is "I like the flexibility and the amazing friends that I have made. Seeing the transformation of a clients home over such a short amount of time is exciting! I like researching unusual items." They work setups/cleanouts/moves and sales.
Cheryl started in 2019. Her most heartfelt moment was "In my first few months with the company I packed a uhaul and drove a lady named Lois all the way to Florida, unpacked the uhaul, shopped for more furnishings and moved her in!" Cheryl often works 1:1 with clients.
Suzanne started in 2025. What she likes most since joining Caring Transitions is the "Camaraderie, truly caring cohorts, variety of projects, purpose." Suzanne works with moves/setups/pricing and sales.
Michelle started in 2021. What her most heartfelt moment working was "Knowing that we are helping them in a hard time with compassion". Michelle's focus is setups/pricing for sales. She can often be seen working at sales.
Sara started in 2021. She manages all projects related to Estate Sales, CTBids and Cleanouts. Sara enjoys the variety in all that we do to help clients with major transitions and sales of items and she is creative in how she approaches a project to work within a timeline and budget.
Emily started in 2025. She manages all moves and marketing. Emily plans moves from start to finishing details including resettling, coordinating with facilities and families, space planning and recommendations to make a new space feel like home.
We have several others not shown that assist with CTBids sale setups and other tasks in preparation for clients. Those who work for us say that "I like the feeling of accomplishment that comes with finding sellable items for the family. I also enjoy getting acquainted with the variety of hard working fellow employees."
Greg and Erin took over Caring Transitions in July of 2024. They are excited to grow the business knowing the possibilities and services that are needed in the Chippewa Valley. They are excited to continue to enhance services offered including recommendations for clients all throughout the region.
